The IPCC asserts that dangerous anthropogenic global warming (DAGW) is occurring, and that this is caused by the accumulation of human-related CO2 in the atmosphere. As yet, however, no indisputable scientific proof, or even strong empirical evidence, has been provided for such an effect, which therefore remains a matter of speculation. This paper by distinguished Dutch scientist Dr Arthur Rörsch primarily analyses the scientific policies, procedures and philosophy of the scientists and governmental representatives of IPCC, considered in the light of traditional, post-Enlightenment scientific principles.
