Viscount Matt Ridley has written in The Times of London deploring efforts by titled UK alarmists to dissuade the editor of that venerable paper from publishing views that conflict with their own unproven claims about dangerous 'global warming.' Ridley brands these activities for what they are: assaults on the freedom of speech, and likens them to political activism in America to penalise skeptics for denialism.
