In the wake of the farce at Copenhagen and uncertainty about the future of the proposed Australian ETS, Roger Kerr, executive director of the NZ Business Roundtable, writes in the Otago Daily Times that the New Zealand Government should undertake a fundamental stocktaking of its emissions trading policy, beginning with a proper regulatory impact analysis.
